My name is Dave Rozansky, and I am just like you.

Back in the 90’s, I got in trouble on the loan to my 4-bedroom house and lost it to foreclosure. I’ll spare you the painful details, but trust me, it wasn’t fun.

Since then, I’ve learned a lot about stopping foreclosure, and have helped many other people who have been going through tough times with their properties.

Most people I talk to prefer to try to stay in their houses. I understand that. A house is really a home, isn’t it? However, I’m an upfront kind of guy – and the truth is, you may or may not be able to stay in your home, depending on the situation.
