We strive to help clients who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments or are facing foreclosure. We understand that there are many reasons why homeowners sometimes are unable to pay their mortgages. That is why we take the time with our clients and talk through ALL of their options.

Through relentless dedication and research, we have created and streamlined a process for identifying winning ways to help homeowners in need of a quick solution to a complex selling situation. Combined with our compassion, integrity, and experience in dealing with homeowners, we have created winning strategies for preventing foreclosure in almost any situation. We will never commit to something we cannot tackle and we will work hard to provide a fair outcome for all parties. In addition, we have partnered with a comprehensive team of skilled legal, real estate, lending, and accounting experts to leverage our capabilities.

Although I am a licensed real estate agent, my main focus is on helping distressed home owners negotiate short sales and I sometimes even buy their property. There are never any fees to the home owner.


Unlike a most realtors who will submit an offer to your lender once they find a buyer (this could take months if you’re lucky), we WILL submit an offer to your lender to buy your property within hours of our decision to help your situation. We won’t string you along and hope a buyer comes down the road to stop your foreclosure, we will stop your foreclosure and purchase your home if it fits our criteria.

If you already have an agent and would like us to get resolution to your home, please let your realtor know that you would like to end the listing agreement. We will pay your agent a fee if we purchase your home!

We will not write offers through your Realtor, they must relinquish their contract with you so we may step in and get your problem solved.
